To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Concentration, including loss of data, profit, or enjoyment.
Your gameplay stats and preferences are stored on your device and are yours. I make no claim to ownership of them. By signing in to sync your data, you agree to store gameplay records in your account on Azure Table Storage, associated with your Google account. You may request deletion of this data at any time by emailing admin@chrisclark.net.
Concentration may contain links to external websites. I am not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Use at your own discretion.
I may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the game after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
